Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes

Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes is a special program series for people with type 2 diabetes. The primary goal of this series of classes is to help participants learn how to manage their meal plan and self-care to maintain their blood glucose in the ranges recommended by the American Diabetes Association.

This special series of classes will be conducted at various locations in Dallas and Tarrant counties. Participants should attend all six classes. Upcoming classes include:

District Research and Extension Center in Richardson
February 3-March 10, Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Heritage Senior Center in Irving
March 8-April 12, Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon

Farmers Branch Senior Center
April 6-May 11, Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon
