Walk Across Texas!

Walk Across Texas is a free program from Texas Cooperative Extension. It is an eight week walking program for teams of eight people, and the goal is to motivate people to increase their levels of physical activity. The program will be conducted in Dallas and Tarrant Counties during October and November 2005.

Participation is easy. Put togehter a team of eight people, designate a team captain, and come up with a team name.

More details will be available in June 2005.
